Our Team is Growing + How to Create A Healthy Culture That Lasts

We all seem to agree that having a great team culture matters, but often other things seem to rise to the top of the priority list. But…

  • What if a strong organizational culture is the key to retention and the cure for the turnover that is wrecking your momentum?
  • What if a few simple adjustments to what you’re currently doing could transform your team’s engagement and accelerate your mission?

I recently had the privilege of joining my friend William Vanderbloemen from the Vanderbloemen Search Group for a conversation about these questions and more.

Our Team is Growing

Cultivate. Health. Thrive. Growth. These are actions and ideas you hear from me quite regularly. Cultivate self-leadership. Create a healthy culture. Define values that help your team member thrive. Dedicate yourself to the growth of others.

At 4Sight, we are passionate about cultivating healthy leaders to lead thriving organizations. We want these things FOR you, and so we seek to embody them ourselves too. Because a natural byproduct of cultivating health is growth, we’re thrilled to announce that our team is growing!

Allow us to introduce to you the 4Sight Group’s newest Coach: Julie Pierce!

Julie Pierce

Julie has one big dream: to empower leaders to change the world. She does this by developing leaders through one-on-one coaching, consulting with teams, and communicating with groups. She is excited to partner with The 4Sight Group to help make this dream a reality!

After receiving her communications degree from Texas A&M University, she led communications and marketing efforts for Insight for Living, Prestonwood Baptist Church, and Nokia Mobile Phones. For almost a decade, she served pastors and teams at Irving Bible Church as Directional Leader to Women, leader of the Communications Team, and as an Executive Team member.

Later on, she was invited to serve as Director of Leadership Development for Valley Creek Church where she led, taught, and launched their Follow leadership conference, staff leadership development efforts, LeaderStep leadership classes, and Valley Creek Leadership Academy.

After all this leadership fun, Julie’s favorite roles continue to be wife and mom. She has been married to her college sweetheart, Brian, for over 23 years. She has two teenage boys and a Labrador who keep her on her toes and expect her to pack plenty of snacks.

Julie’s Areas of Expertise:

  • Coaching
  • Coach Approach to Leadership (teaching leaders to take a coach approach)
  • Communication Coaching (improving speaking skills)
  • Staff Development Initiatives

At 4Sight, we believe that every leader needs a coach, and our team is poised and ready to guide you into a season of growth!

And speaking of strong organizational culture…

The foundation of a healthy team culture is defined and shared values. When we know what matters most, we can work together most effectively. We recently released a course called Culture Works: Values Course that will guide you as you create values that will align your team.
